Opening a new account after suspension will result in termination of the new account, even if it carries a balance.

CasperSMM provides digital promotional services designed to enhance the visibility and appearance of your social media profiles. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

3.1 Nature of Services

The followers, likes, views, and other metrics we deliver are artificial in nature and do not represent real individuals or authentic interactions, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the service name or description. These services are designed to boost the appearance of your profile and do not guarantee genuine engagement.

3.2 No Engagement Guarantee

CasperSMM does not guarantee that new followers will interact with your content. We guarantee only that the quantity of the metric you purchased will be delivered as described.

3.3 Profile Quality

We do not guarantee that all delivered accounts will have profile pictures, full bios, or uploaded content, although we strive to maintain the highest quality possible for all services.

3.4 Content Restrictions

You must not use CasperSMM services for accounts or content that:

– Contains nudity, adult, pornographic, or sexually explicit material.

– Promotes hate speech, violence, discrimination, or illegal activity.

– Violates the community guidelines of Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, YouTube, TikTok, or any other platform.

– Engages in fraudulent, manipulative, or deceptive practices.

Orders placed for restricted content may be canceled without refund and the associated account permanently banned.

3.5 Private Accounts

Services cannot be delivered to private or restricted accounts. Orders placed for private accounts are not eligible for a refund. Please ensure your account is set to public before placing any order.

3.6 Service Substitution

CasperSMM reserves the right to substitute the delivery method of a service where necessary to fulfill an order, provided the ordered quantity and type remain consistent.

3.7 Delivery Estimates

All delivery timelines are estimates only. CasperSMM does not guarantee specific delivery dates and will not issue refunds for orders that are taking longer than the estimated delivery time.

4.1 Deposits

All deposits made to your CasperSMM balance are non-refundable to the original payment method. Once a deposit has been completed, funds must be used toward orders on CasperSMM.

4.2 Order Refunds

Orders will not be refunded or canceled after they have been placed. If an order is deemed non-deliverable by our system, a credit refund will be issued to your CasperSMM account balance.

The following situations are not eligible for any refund:

– Orders placed for private, restricted, or inaccessible accounts.

– Misplaced orders due to incorrect links, usernames, or order details submitted by the user.

– Orders where the account username was changed after the order was placed.

– Services that do not include a refill or guarantee option.

– Drops or losses that occur after order completion due to platform-side actions.

– Orders for accounts that were deleted, suspended, or made private after delivery began.

– Using multiple panels or servers simultaneously for the same link.

4.3 Chargebacks & Disputes

By making a deposit or placing an order, you agree not to file a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider for any reason. If a chargeback or dispute is filed, CasperSMM reserves the right to:

– Immediately suspend or permanently ban your account.

– Reverse and remove any and all delivered services.

– Pursue legal recovery of the disputed amount.

4.4 Fraudulent Transactions

The use of unauthorized, stolen, or fraudulent payment methods will result in immediate and permanent account termination without exception.

You must not use more than one panel or service simultaneously for the same social media link or page. Running multiple concurrent orders for the same target may cause inaccurate delivery counts and service conflicts.

CasperSMM will not be responsible for order discrepancies caused by multi-panel usage, and such orders are not eligible for a refund or redelivery.

Only services that explicitly advertise a Refill Guarantee are eligible for replenishment in the event of drops or losses after delivery.

Services without a refill option are final upon delivery.

CasperSMM is not responsible for any drops, removals, or fluctuations that occur after an order is marked as Completed.

Refill requests must be submitted within the stated refill window for the applicable service. Requests submitted outside this window will not be honored.

We do not support, encourage, or endorse the misrepresentation of purchased followers, likes, views, or other artificial metrics as genuine or organic engagement.
