All services are described on their respective pages, including the average start time, delivery speed, and any refill guarantee.

We reserve the right to add, modify, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

3.Accounts & Registration

To place an order you must register an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use our services.

4.Orders & Delivery

Orders begin processing automatically after they are placed and your balance is charged. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on service load, platform conditions, and order size.

• Ensure the link you provide is correct and that your account or post is public before ordering.
• Do not place multiple orders for the same link at the same time, as this may cause delays or overlap.
• An order marked partial means part of it was delivered and the remaining amount was refunded to your balance.

5.Payments

All payments are processed through our supported payment providers. Funds are added to your panel balance and used to pay for orders. Prices are shown per service and may change at any time. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider.

6.Refunds & Refills

If an order cannot be completed, the unused amount is automatically returned to your panel balance. Balance funds are non-withdrawable but may be reused on any service.

• Refills: Services that include a refill guarantee are covered for the stated period. Request a refill from the Refill page if the count drops within that window.
• Refunds: Eligible orders may be refunded to your balance from the Refunds page. We do not offer refunds for orders that were completed as described.

7.Passwords & Account Safety

We will never ask for the password to your social media accounts. We only require the public link to your profile or post. Never share your social media password with anyone claiming to represent us. Keep your account public while an order is being delivered.

8.Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Promote illegal, harmful, hateful, or infringing content.
• Target accounts or content without the proper rights or permissions.
• Abuse, defraud, or overload our systems, or attempt to bypass our security.
• Resell services in a manner that violates the terms of any third-party platform.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.

9.Disclaimer & Liability

Our services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not control third-party social platforms and are not responsible for changes to their algorithms, policies, or actions taken against your account. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

10.Privacy Policy

We collect only the information necessary to provide our services, such as your email address, order details, and payment confirmations. We do not sell your personal data. Information is used to process orders, provide support, prevent fraud, and improve our services. We may share data with payment processors and service providers strictly as needed to operate.

11.Changes to These Terms
